White Christmas Cookie Dough Dip

Ok so this dip is a good time, if you love cheesecake you will looooove this dip!

- 100 g butter
- 70 g brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200 g cream cheese
- 100 g icing sugar
- 60 g white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon Christmas sprinkles
Melt the butter and add the brown sugar until the sugar dissolves then stir in the vanilla extract.
Place the cream cheese in a cake mixer and beat until smooth, add in the icing sugar and keep beating until the texture starts becoming light and fluffy.
Slowly add in the melted butter mixture, continuing to beat until well combined and fluffy.
Stir through the chocolate chips, spoon into a cute serving bowl and decorate on top with Christmas sprinkles.
Place in the fridge and remove 15 minutes before serving.
Serve with fruit, gingerbread puff pastry, cookies or pretze
