North Pole Munch

This North Pole Munch is so yummy and addictive! It's the perfect treat for a Christmas movie night or to pop into a Christmas Eve Hamper!

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g Chex cereal I used Coco Pops Chex
  • 80 g Pretzels
  • 50 g Mini marshmallows
  • 140 g Maltesers
  • 100 g White chocolate melted
  • 1 tablespoon Christmas sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • In a large oven tray lined with baking paper sprinkle in the chex, pretzels, mini marshmallows and Maltesers.
  • Gently melt the white chocolate and drizzle all over the North Pole Munch, then add on the sprinkles.
  • Once the chocolate has set, break up the North Pole Munch into chunks and pop into a large bowl to serve or cute jars to snack on later.

Notes

TIPS - add coconut oil to think white chocolate, use oil-based food colouring to colour white chocolate
