Homemade Lemonade

A simple refreshing homemade lemonade using freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Equipment

  • 1 Kettle
  • 1 large jug
  • 2 Glass bottles

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon citric acid
  • 1/4 teaspoon tartaric acid
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 4 cups cold water

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl or jug add the sugar and acids, and stir in the boiling water until the sugar has dissolved.
  • Add in the lemon juice and cold water.
  • Serve with ice 🍋
