Homemade Lemonade

A simple refreshing homemade lemonade using freshly squeezed lemon juice.

1 Kettle
1 large jug
2 Glass bottles
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon citric acid
- 1/4 teaspoon tartaric acid
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 4 cups cold water
In a large bowl or jug add the sugar and acids, and stir in the boiling water until the sugar has dissolved.
Add in the lemon juice and cold water.
Serve with ice 🍋
