Christmas Sugar Frosted Rosemary Trees

These would be so cute to add to a Christmas dessert or Candy Cane Milkshakes!

Materials

  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 125 ml water
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • ¼ cup icing/powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Add the sugar and water into a small saucepan over medium heat and stir until the sugar dissolves (for about 5 minutes).
  • Dip and coat each rosemary sprig in the sugar syrup then place the rosemary sprigs onto a sheet of baking paper.
  • Toss each rosemary sprig tree in the icing sugar for that cute frosted tree look.
  • Serve on a Christmas dessert or drink.

These are best served on the day.
