Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in increments of 30 seconds until melted, then stir through the food colouring until you achieve the shade you prefer.
Dip the bottom edge of the pretzel into the melted chocolate and assemble the pretzels into a round wreath shape. There should be 6 pretzels on the base layer of the wreath, then layer another 6 dipped pretzels on top, overlapping over the bottom layer of pretzels.
Leave to set, once the chocolate has set break off any excess chocolate and serve with the candy cane hot chocolate or milkshake, on a cookie platter or for a Christmas Eve treat.
