Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Whittakers candy cane chocolate block
  • 80 g cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 300 g powdered milk
  • 150 g powdered/icing sugar
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt

Instructions
 

To make candy cane hot chocolate powder mix:

  • Cut up the chocolate into small pieces and process in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  • Add the remaining ingredients into the food processor and process until its a fine sandy texture and well combined.

To make candy cane hot chocolates:

  • Add 4 tablespoons of hot chocolate and 8 ounces/250ml steamed milk. Stir until dissolved and enjoy!
  • Serve with a candy cane, marshmallows and sprinkling of hot chocolate mix

Notes

If you don't have the candy cane chocolate block you can make a candy cane chocolate bark with 250g quality chocolate melted and spread out onto a baking paper lined tray and sprinkled with a packet of candy canes (crushed), let it set in the fridge, break into pieces and process up in the food processor.
