Ingredients
  

  • 1 🥯 Bagel halved
  • 1 tablespoon 🧈 Butter to spread
  • 15 g Feta
  • 20 g 🧀 Cheese grated
  • 2 🍳 Eggs
  • 🧂 Salt & pepper
  • 🍋 Squeeze of lime optional
  • drizzle 🌶 Chilli oil optional
  • 1/2 🥑 Avocado sliced, optional
  • Parsley finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Line your air fryer tray or basket with baking paper, cutting it just larger than the bagels.
  • Cut your bagel in half and butter each half.
  • Place sliced feta onto the baking paper in the shape of the bagels.
  • Pop the cut bagel halves (Cut side down) onto the feta.
  • Gently crack each egg into the bagel centre.
  • Sprinkle the bagel with grated cheese.
  • Cook for 10 minutes at 200°C/392°F.
  • Once the cheese has bubbled remove from the air fryer and gently plate.
  • Sprinkle with salt & pepper and any extra toppings mentions above.
