- 1 🥯 Bagel halved
- 1 tablespoon 🧈 Butter to spread
- 15 g Feta
- 20 g 🧀 Cheese grated
- 2 🍳 Eggs
- 🧂 Salt & pepper
- 🍋 Squeeze of lime optional
- drizzle 🌶 Chilli oil optional
- 1/2 🥑 Avocado sliced, optional
- Parsley finely chopped
Line your air fryer tray or basket with baking paper, cutting it just larger than the bagels.
Cut your bagel in half and butter each half.
Place sliced feta onto the baking paper in the shape of the bagels.
Pop the cut bagel halves (Cut side down) onto the feta.
Gently crack each egg into the bagel centre.
Sprinkle the bagel with grated cheese.
Cook for 10 minutes at 200°C/392°F.
Once the cheese has bubbled remove from the air fryer and gently plate.
Sprinkle with salt & pepper and any extra toppings mentions above.
