I adore the rustic look of these Christmas Chocolate Tree Lollipops! You can easily make these with your children as a before-Christmas fun activity, make them at the same time as the Chocolate Pretzel Wreaths!
These Christmas chocolate tree lollipops are so versatile, I have used Pocky cookie sticks but you could also use Kit Kats, cookies or lollipop sticks for the tree trunks. These chocolate trees would look super sweet coloured white or pink, I chose to colour them green (check the top tip below for the best hack to colouring the chocolate). If you are looking for amazing sprinkles Sugar Lips has the best range of Christmas sprinkles!
To colour the white chocolate make sure you use oil-based food colouring so the chocolate doesn’t seize up! I use the Color Mill brand.
Cute Christmas Festive chocolate trees the kids will love to make and eat! How sweet will these chocolate tree lollipops be for class gifts. Serve them with Candy Cane hot chocolates or add them to Santa’s Christmas Eve platter.
