Candy Cane Hot Chocolate Powder
Equipment
- 1 Food Processor
Ingredients
- 250 g Whittakers candy cane chocolate block
- 80 g cocoa powder unsweetened
- 300 g powdered milk
- 150 g powdered/icing sugar
- 200 g brown sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
Instructions
To make candy cane hot chocolate powder mix:
- Cut up the chocolate into small pieces and process in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Add the remaining ingredients into the food processor and process until its a fine sandy texture and well combined.
To make candy cane hot chocolates:
- Add 4 tablespoons of hot chocolate and 8 ounces/250ml steamed milk. Stir until dissolved and enjoy!
- Serve with a candy cane, marshmallows and sprinkling of hot chocolate mix
