These Christmas Bauble Cookies are not your traditional Christmas cookies, they’re a cheat’s chocolate cookies that is so easy to whip up at Christmas time and look just like a chocolate Christmas tree ornament!
So cute and so delicious these Christmas Bauble Cookies are made from Griffins Mallowpuff biscuits but you could use any round-shaped cookie like Oreos (coat them in chocolate), Reeses Pieces, white chocolate and Christmas sprinkles.

Chocolate Christmas Bauble Cookies
Ingredients
- 200 g Mallowpuff biscuits pack of 10
- 10 Reeses peanut butter mini cups or Rolos
- 80 g white chocolate
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil if needed
- Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
- Place the biscuits on a baking tray or baking paper, unwrap the Reeses pieces.
- Cut the edge off one side of the reese pieces so the biscuit can sit flat
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, if the chocolate isn’t runny enough, add the coconut oil and stir until smooth and a pouring consistency.
- Using a teaspoon drizzle the chocolate across the mallowpuffs then decorate with the Christmas sprinkles.
